how it works

If you are interested in joining our pilot force as a first officer we ask that you complete the following form as the first step in our selection procedure. We will then review your qualifications according to our recruitment needs and you may receive an invitation to submit a formal application for interview at a later date.

An acknowledgment will be sent to the e-mail address that you have provided for us once you have submitted your profile. At this stage please do not attempt to communicate with us by any other means.

Your profile will be removed from our system after 12 months if you do not update it. If we have not heard from you within this time we will assume that you are no longer interested in working with Monarch Airlines. If you wish to update your details submitting a new profile will overwrite any previous submission and re-set the 12 month time period.

You should submit a new profile whenever your qualifications change significantly, your contact details alter or you wish to re-affirm your interest in Monarch Airlines.
